WJBB-303
- 3 in 1, 3 units of Punching, Bending & Cutting unit equipped with
1 machine driven by Powerful Hydraulic Motor & Pump
- Each 3 unit is independently operated
- Easy & simple to operate the machine
- Easy & simple to interchange the Punch & Die
- Equipped Emergency Stop s/w to protect operator

PUNCHING UNIT
- Hole has the clean section with NO BUR after punching.
- Easy, simple & quick interchange of Punch & Die.
- Center-Pin enables to point exactly the hole center.
- Busbar Stopper-Jig enables to punch holes at the same position, no need to mark hole position to be punched, in case of big quantities of busbar.
- Pressure Switch is attached so operator can control to increase/decrease the pressure of hydraulic oil when they work on thin or thick busbar.
- Busbar-Scraps after punching is automatically separated and naturally drop-downed.
- Safety cover to protect operator’s hands.

BENDING UNIT
- Basically pre-set to bend 90°. In case to bend busbar more than 90° , you can adjust the bending angle using bending angle-controller and pressure controller that located right side of bending Unit.
- V Block-Upper has two different rounded edges, one edge to bend the busbar less than T10mm, another edge to bend the busbar more than T10.
- Center-Pin enables to point exactly the bending position.
- Busbar Stopper-Jig enables to bend at the same position, no need to mark a line on the busbar, in case of big quantities of busbar to be bended.

- Pressure Switch is attached so operator can control to increase/decrease the pressure of hydraulic oil when they work on thin or thick busbar

CUTTING UNIT
- Clean & accurate cutting section with NO BUR.
- No wasted scrap after cutting busbar produced.
- Stripper enables to firmly & securely hold and keep the busbar during the cutting process.
- Possible to visually check the cutting position.
